From leeks:
6-7 stalks of leeks are finely chopped and sautéed in ¼ cup vegetable oil and a little salt, stirring frequently. The fried leeks are removed from the heat and, once cooled, mixed with 100 g of crumbled cheese and 20 crushed black peppercorns.
From leeks and meat:
250 g of ground meat is sautéed in ¼ cup vegetable oil, salted, then 1 cup hot water is added and simmered over low heat until the water evaporates. 4 finely chopped leeks are added and sautéed until softened. The mixture is then mixed with 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, seasoned with salt and black pepper to taste, and removed from the heat.
From meat:
300-400 g of ground meat is sautéed with 1 finely chopped onion in ¼ cup vegetable oil until its own juices evaporate, then salted, 1 cup of hot water mixed with 1 tablespoon of tomato paste is added, covered with a lid, and simmered over low heat until it becomes greasy. Once done, it is heavily sprinkled with black pepper.
From sauerkraut:
1 medium-sized sauerkraut is cleaned of the core and thick veins, sliced into thin strips, and sautéed in ¼ cup vegetable oil, stirring frequently. Once removed from the heat and cooled, it is heavily sprinkled with crushed black pepper.
From apples:
5-6 apples are peeled, grated, lightly squeezed, and mixed with 2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 2-3 tablespoons of crushed walnuts, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
